challenge

plan9 agency came in with a partially finished design that needed refinement, technical execution, and a full launch-ready build. the site had to communicate complex protocol-level thinking clearly to both developers and ecosystem partners, with no room for delays before the announcement.

solution

finished the design polish, assembled the entire site in framer, wired up spline 3d scenes, lottie animations, custom scroll interactions, and cms for ecosystem sections. delivered the full build in 5 days, ready for the public launch.
